Certificates Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. Purchased Gift Certificates may be redeemed for services or products - and balances can be carried over. Promotional Gift Certificates may be used for services only and balances may not be carried over. Arrival Time Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure you have the full time for your treatment. Cancellations Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations. A message can be left after hours. Cell Phones Talking on the phone can lead to shifting in highlighting foils, disrupted colorage, disrupted chemicals on the face and neck. Refunds
No Refunds will be given on Gift Certificates or Pre-Paid Appointments. Checks Returned checks will have a $30.00 fee or more (depending on the amount of the check). Returned checks not paid in cash or credit card within 7 days will be turned over to a collection agency. The check and follow up paperwork will then be turned over to the State Attorneys office. |
